Marieanne Bergmann is the Head of Project funding and Executive Fund Adviser of Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein GmbH (script development, production, distribution, world sales and exhibition) A member of the advisory Council for film, Television & Radio of the Goethe Institute& the president of the board, since 2006. A member of the Jury Stiftung Kuratorium Junger Deutscher Film. 1995-1997: Head of Funding for distribution, world sales and exhibition of FilmForderung Hamburg GmbH. 1989-1995 Managing Director of Vertriebskontor, funding institution for distribution, world sales and exhibition of the State of Hamburg. Marieanne was a founding member of efdo – European Film Distribution Office, first European project in the framework of the MEDIA Programme; 1988-1998: a German member of the European advisory board and Vice-president of the board. 1981–1988: Managing Director of the distribution and sales company Verleihgenossenschaft Der Filmemacher E.G Munchen.
