Ms. Sigal Yehuda has been serving as the Managing Director of Greenhouse for the past three years, during which Greenhouse has come to be considered the most successful EU development program in the framework of Euromed Audio-Visual II. Ms. Yehuda has led the Greenhouse project to its international recognition as a leading program for documentary filmmakers. She is responsible for the fruitful international relations with leading forces in the documentary industry, such as Sundance Institute, the Jan Vrijman Fund, P.O.V, ARTÉ, ITVS, Fortissimo, Cinema World Fund, the Binger Film Institute and Holland films, to name a few.  
Recently, Ms. Yehuda initiated, together with Greenhouse's 4 partners, a new development program for European & MEDA filmmakers on the theme of racism & human rights, which received the prestigious support of the EU in the framework of MEDIA International and which has been running successfully during 2010.
In the past year, Ms. Yehuda has managed to form significant ties with European organizations that have decided to give financial support to the Greenhouse project's activities. These include organizations such as the CFI from France, the Documentary Film festival in Limassol & the Ministry of Culture in Cyprus.

Yair Lev was born in 1959 in Tel Aviv where he lives up until today. So far he made four feature-documentaries; 'Hugo 2" (2008); “Uri Avnery: Warrior for Peace” (2002) which won the In the Spirit of Freedom award for best documentary at the 2002 Jerusalem Film Festival and soon afterwards was released in theatres all over Germany; “Yakantalisa – a Portrait of a Dead Poet” (1996); “Hugo” (1989) was shown at the Berlin, Chicago and Montreal Film Festivals and in many others. In 1996 he received the Ministry of Culture's Art of Cinema award. He also directed several of short films and educational films.
Yair Lev teaches filmmaking and theory of cinema at the Sam Spiegel Film and Television School and Bezalel-Art Academy both in Jerusalem.
In 2008, Lev joined the Greenhouse team as head of studies.

After two years of a masters degree at the Tel Aviv University in film and television, Sarah has since then (2003) been working in the field of production.  She has worked as a production manager for the applauded documentary films : Paper Dolls, directed by Tomer Heyman and Bil'in Habibti,directed by Shai Carmeli Pollak, and produced by Claudia Levin. In 2007, Sarah worked as a production and technical manager for the Inbal Pinto and Avshalom Pollak Dance Company.  In 2008, Sarah joined the Greenhouse team as production coordinator. Sarah has a BA in Middle Eastern Studies and International Relations from McGill UniversityMontreal, Canada.
